Stewart's Fun Adventures acts solely as agents in arranging hotels, transportation, sightseeing and services, and does not assume liability for injury, damage, loss, delay, or accident due to any act of default of any other company or persons. 

Luggage is limited to 1 large suitcase & 1 carry-on, unless prearranged.  Please note: carry picture ID on casino trips, it is Nevada law & winners will not be paid without picture ID.

Any person making a tour reservation should be in good physical & mental health, not requiring any unusual assistance from the Escort or Driver.  Individuals needing assistance with walking, dining, or help with personal needs must be accompanied by a companion who is able and willing to provide this assistance. 

If you do not have a companion, but would like to travel on a twin-basis let us know, & we can try to find another traveler also interested in a companion.  However, we do not guarantee a roommate can be found & therefore you would have to pay the single supplement. 

Payments are due as follows: 30 days prior to trip or at time of reservation if inside 30 days, unless otherwise stated.  Right is reserved to re-route itinerary or make substitutions equal in value {without prior notice}, should conditions warrant such changes.

Refunds are granted only upon cancellation of a trip by the agency or upon request of the traveler before the final payment due date, unless there is an existing waiting list & we are able to sell your seat.  No refunds for no shows or for portions of the tour missed after the tour is in progress. We reserve the right to cancel any and all tours if there is insufficient participation.  When a trip is canceled by the agency, registered participants will receive a full refund. 

Effective May 1, 2005 a minimum administrative fee of $5.00 is charged for ALL REFUNDS & transfer of funds.
